When:Thursday, February 23rd, 9:00 SHOTGUN START
Tees:  Men ~ White;  Super Seniors (80 & +) ~ Red (you lose 4 strokes of your handicap, USGA rule). 
Handicap:  GHIN Required Sign Up Deadline: Wednesday, February 22nd by 12:00 p.m.
Format: 4 Person Scramble. Pay-Outs: Based on # of participants, all net places. The GHIN system will make the ABCD pairings! Entry Fees:  $32. Price  includes: Green Fee, cart fee, range balls, prizes, and lunch!

1st: Thompson-Sharp-Johnson-Gable, 121, $30 each; 2nd: Manning-Rodriguez-Gorenflo-Eustice, 122, $20 each; Others: Fassett-Verbeek-Catron-Nutt, 129; Hughes-Daniel-Smith, Rick-Fish, 125; Blank-Milne-Dempster-Russell, 134; Peacock-Cogdell-Ward-Bicik, 135; Fuja-Wells, Rod-Richards-Halliday, 128. Closest to Pin: #2: Gable; #16: Daniel . As always, fun was had by all.

 
2012 WGA Seniors Officers: Frank Catron, Dennis Verbeek, Elvin Sharp, Bill Johnson, and Ronnie Smith. 2009-2011 WGA Senior Club Champion: Jack Thompson.

* No membership fee (must have a valid USGA~GHIN handicap in order to participate
* Must be at least 55 years young to play
* Formats: Net only payouts for shamble and scramble (75% of team average used for prizes)
* For each 10 players registered, a closest to pin contest is played.
* Must play in at least 10 stroke play events in order to play in the WGAS Club Championship
* Individual Stroke play formats will hae one gross and one net winner per flight. All other events will have net
  winners only.
* 2 Person Teams will have only 12 strokes differential. Exceptions: Club Pro will be allowed to make up    teams  for late drops/adds to the field. In 3 - 4 person teams, then a 20 stroke differential between the low and high handicap is permitted (only exception is Club Professional/Golf Shop takes last minute adds to round out teams, and 4 person scramble when the GHIN system makes foursomes).
* Payouts: 16 golfers minimum: 4 golfers: 24: no flight. 2 golfers: 34 golfers.
* Closest to pin Contests: 1 prize per 10 golfers.
* All players: if your group plays in over 5 hours, the Club Pro will penalize each player 2 strokes
* Conceded putts: only in a team event when the player's score will not be recorded for the team total.
* Maximum score per hole: double PAR
* Continuous Putting: players are encouraged to continue putting until the ball is holed.
* Rake and Place Bunkers: allowed if ball lands in a foot print or poorly conditioned part of the bunker.
* 14 club rule: waived, with the exception of the WGAS Club Championship.
